In 2009, Charlie Davies was a member of the US Men’s National Soccer Team and highly regarded as the most promising young striker in American soccer.  With the 2010 World Cup on the horizon, the night before the US Men's National Team was set to play Costa Rica, Charlie Davies was involved in a car accident that killed one passenger and left doctors questioning Charlies ability to ever walk again.  Now 5 years later, Charlie is back playing professional soccer with the New England Revolution MLS club team.
